PostJoy
Your photos, in the mail.
Wish you
were here.
Turn a camera-roll moment into a real postcard—printed, stamped, and sent to someone you care about.
How it works
Photo → Message → Address → Send
Four taps of intention. From the shot on your phone to a piece of mail they can keep.
Choose a picture from your library—weekend away, coffee walk, or the view that made you think of them.
Write a short note on the back. Keep it handwritten in spirit: a line or two, signed your way.
Enter where it should land. U.S. addresses use the mailing details you would put on a real postcard.
Check out in the PostJoy iPhone app (App Store only—no web checkout). We print your postcard and put it in the mail; you follow status until it is delivered.

Your camera roll, your story
Pick the photo that already means something. No stock art, no templates fighting your shot.
Private by design

Honest delivery updates
See when your postcard is printing, mailed, and delivered—so you know it landed, not just that you tapped send.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know before you send your first postcard.
What is PostJoy?
PostJoy is an iPhone app that turns your photos into real postcards. Choose a photo, write a message, add an address, and send—we print the card and mail it for you. You order in the app; this website is here to explain how it works.
Can I order a postcard on this website?
Not today. Postcards are sent from the PostJoy iPhone app only—download it from the App Store, create your card there, and check out before we print and mail it.
Do I need to sign in or create an account?
No traditional login. PostJoy runs on your iPhone without Sign in with Apple or a separate username and password—open the app, send a postcard, and track delivery status from the same device.
How much does a postcard cost?
A standard U.S. postcard is $3.99, including printing and First Class postage. International destinations may have a different price, shown in the app before you confirm payment.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders print within one to two business days, then enter the postal system. U.S. First Class Mail typically arrives within several business days after mailing. Actual delivery depends on USPS and the recipient address.
Can I send postcards outside the United States?
Yes, to many countries. International postage is calculated in the app at checkout based on the destination. Delivery times vary with local postal services.
What kind of photo works best?
Any clear photo from your camera roll—travel, portraits, or quiet everyday scenes. Higher resolution usually looks sharper in print. We prepare your image for a standard 4×6 postcard.
What print quality should I expect?
PostJoy prints on thick matte postcard stock with color tuned for mail-friendly output. You will see printing, mailed, and delivered status in the app as your card moves through fulfillment.
Can the recipient write back in the app?
No—this is a one-way physical postcard, like traditional mail. That is the point: a tangible surprise, not another notification.
How do I get help with an order?
Email hello@postjoy.app with your question. Include when you sent the postcard and the recipient’s city or state if you know it—we will help track down printing or delivery issues.
Is PostJoy on Android?
PostJoy is available on iPhone today. Android is not supported in the current release.
