We may collect information you provide directly (for example, recipient addresses, postcard messages, or email if you contact support), photos you choose to send, payment information processed by our payment providers, and technical data needed to operate the App (device type, app version, and diagnostics).

We use information to print and mail postcards, provide delivery status, process payments, improve the product, and communicate with you about your orders or support requests.
Photos and messages
Photos and messages you submit are used to fulfill your postcard order. We do not sell your personal content. Retain copies of anything important; we retain fulfillment data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us print, mail, process payments, and operate infrastructure—only as needed to provide PostJoy. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Device permissions (such as photo library access) can be managed in your device settings.
Changes
We may update this policy as PostJoy evolves. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
